When will my order ship?


In most cases, items will ship within 1 business day.

Don’t worry, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number(s) via email. Expedited orders (FedEx Overnight, 2nd Day, USPS Express Mail) will ship same business day if received by 9:00 a.m. PST.



How long will it take for me to receive my order?


I’m sure you’ve heard this before, but it depends. Delivery time is determined by service selected and destination. Orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA.


  • Domestic orders will generally arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location, once shipped.
  • International orders will arrive within 1-4 weeks, once shipped.
  • USPS and FedEx International orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on service selected, but may take longer to certain countries or regions (notably: South America, Greece, and Italy).
  • Orders shipped via International Mail Service arrive within 1-5 weeks. These orders are not trackable.

Delivery times listed at checkout are not guaranteed. All international orders can be subject to Customs delays.



How do I return or exchange an item?


Merchandise may be returned or exchanged as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged. Elastic and/or Social Imprints is not responsible for postage charges incurred by customers exchanging merchandise. Returns will be refunded to the credit card used when placing the order for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned.


Please contact orders@socialimprints.com to receive instructions for exchanging and/or returning an item. Be sure to include order number and contact name.



Who do I contact if I have questions, comments, or concerns about my order?

Do I have to create an account to make purchases?


Accounts are not required to make a purchase. Customers with accounts do have access to past and current orders. Data and contact information is never shared, sold, or transferred to anyone.



Is there a way to make special requests?


Special requests can be made in the “special instructions for seller” field on the cart page. Please note that this is not a guarantee. We will try to accommodate your request, but there is a chance it may not be honored.



How do I track my order(s)?


Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking confirmation. Don’t fret, this email is sent once your order ships.


If you have an account, you can also access this information by logging in and viewing your order history.


If you selected International Mail Service, you will not be able to track your order.



Can I view my order history?


You can only view your order history if you created an account for the Elastic store.



How do I apply a discount code?


The discount code is entered in the “discount code” field on the checkout page when entering address information.



How do I use a gift card?


The gift card code is entered in the “gift card” field on the payments page at checkout.



Is there a way to purchase gift cards?


There is currently no way to purchase gift cards through the store.



My order has already shipped. Can I change the delivery address?


Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, customer will be contacted to confirm address. Additional shipping charges may be required before reshipping order.



Will I be charged for Customs fees for my order?


Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined and assessed by the recipient’s country. Contact your local Customs Authority for specific information and rates. Customs values on orders cannot be lowered or marked as “gift”.



What happens if I am unable to use my tracking number to track my order?


Please contact orders@socialimprints.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier to confirm tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show the order has been picked up or an estimated delivery date.



Can I order in bulk?


All products have a maximum order quantity of 25. If you are interested in ordering more, please contact sales@socialimprints.com.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?


Orders can be changed or canceled if they have not yet shipped. Contact orders@socialimprints.com for any requests.
